Large Frozen Blueberries are sized to greater than 15mm. These are packed to the internationally recognized USDA Grade A standard. Packed in 10kg cardboard boxes with a plastic liner.
Medium Frozen Blueberries are sized to between 13mm and 15mm. These are packed to USDA Grade A. Packed in 10kg cardboard boxes with a plastic liner.
Small Frozen Blueberries are sized to under 13mm. These are packed to the internationally recognized USDA Grade A. Packed in 10kg cardboard boxes with a plastic liner.
Blueberry Mince is whole fruit that is crushed to produce a very consistent frozen pulp product.
Blueberry Puree is passed through a 2mm screen producing a dark purple red thick liquid that adds a pure fruit content to whatever product you would like to produce. This product is sold frozen.
